Impact Bar

High elastic impact bar is designed to absorb impact loading which will dramatically reduce shock and stress loading to the structure. In addition, the high elastic rubber can reduce the shock of material, consequently, reduce the belt weared.

Impact bar is a fusion of three different layer:

  • UHMW-PE Cap

  • High Elastic Rubber

  • Metal Slot

  • All parts of the impact bar are closely jointed by hot vulcanization

High Elastic Rubber Impact Bar

Features:

  • UHMWPE cap allows smooth movement of the conveyor belt.

  • Cushioning rubber absorbs impact energy.

  • Metal slot is for fastening impact bars to the main support frame.

  • Hot vulcanization process makes sure the impact bar is integrated so well that there is no possibility of separation.

  • We offer OEM service, can produce different impact bars according to customer's drawings or samples.
